Return:
We do not have a return pick up facility at the moment, but you can courier the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the product along with the original bill receipt.
Exchange:
In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us(hyperlink) to assist you. However, the product needs to be couriered from your end.

What products cannot be exchanged/returned?
Phone cases are made to order and cannot be returned/ exchanged. In case of any manufacturing defect kindly mail us at support@simplewings.com
How can I send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.

Kindly mail us at support@simplewings.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details.
Can Simple Wings arrange for pick up from my address?
No, we do not have a pickup facility at the moment.
How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?
Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.
By when can I expect the new size to be delivered?
Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new size back to you.
Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.
Cancellation:
The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. You can mail us at support@simplewings.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 2-3 working days.
Refund:
Refund is only made in the form of coupon. We refund the entire amount (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to support@simplewings.com.
Wrong/Damaged product:
In case you receive any incorrect or damaged product mail us at support@simplewings.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
